Delivery Information

All items offered through this store are custom made to order. Production begins once an order is submitted and confirmed. Because items are produced specifically for each order, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error with your order.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match your approved order, please contact Market USA for review. Returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Market USA. Any request must be submitted within two weeks of order receipt and include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after an order is placed. Production and shipping timelines may vary based on item type, decoration method, order volume, product availability, or carrier transit times. In the event of an inventory or stock issue that may affect your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Market USA is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
