Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Market USA. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain errors, or violate program or branding guidelines.

All items are custom made to order unless otherwise stated. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled without prior written approval from Market USA.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and approved.

Market USA reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies at any time and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

Production and Shipping

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after an order is placed. Production and shipping timelines may vary based on item type, decoration method, order volume, inventory availability, or carrier transit times.

Shipping timelines begin once production is complete. Market USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of inventory or stock issues, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Because items are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Any exception requires prior written authorization from Market USA. Authorized requests must be submitted within two weeks of order receipt and must include the order number and details of the issue. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

Intellectual Property and Branding

All logos, trademarks, designs, artwork, and content displayed on this website are the property of Market USA or its clients and licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any artwork, logos, or content submitted for production. Market USA assumes no liability for intellectual property violations resulting from customer provided materials.

Product Representation

Product images and mockups are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, monitor settings, and decoration methods.

Minor variations do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or business interruption.

Market USA’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
